These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Block Jelly Glow (the "Game"), provided by Turgay Yazıcı ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older (13+). By using the Game you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age required in your country).
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game and all of its content — including code, graphics, designs, logos, sounds, and the name Block Jelly Glow — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game except where permitted by law.

The Game is free and supported by advertising (provided through Google AdMob). Ads and other third-party content are the responsibility of their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, including any websites you reach through ads. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
The Game is free to play and contains no in-app purchases; it is supported solely by advertising. If optional in-app purchases or virtual items are added in the future, additional terms (including pricing and refund rules per the applicable app store) will apply. Virtual items, if introduced, would have no real-world monetary value and could not be exchanged for cash.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational/legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
